Born in India and raised in both Los Angeles and Bakersfield, California, he learned at an early age that success is earned through hard work, resilience, and personal responsibility. Those values continue to define both his life and his legal practice.
His passion for reading, analytical thinking, and advocacy naturally led him to litigation. During law school, Mr. Gill recognized that the courtroom is where legal knowledge and principled advocacy can have the greatest impact on people's lives. He believes that while the law strives to deliver justice, meaningful outcomes often depend on having an attorney who is prepared to stand beside a client and advocate with conviction.
Mr. Gill worked his way through college and law school, an experience that gave him a deep appreciation for sacrifice, accountability, and the opportunities this country provides. He understands that every client arrives with a unique story, and he believes each deserves to be treated with dignity, honesty, and respect.
Before founding the Law Office of Rob Gill, Mr. Gill served as a prosecutor, where he gained firsthand experience evaluating evidence, trying cases, and exercising sound judgment in the pursuit of justice. That experience now provides him with valuable insight into how cases are investigated, evaluated, and litigated, allowing him to better anticipate the challenges his clients may face.
Mr. Gill believes accountability is fundamental to a just society. He also believes people are capable of growth, redemption, and second chances. Whether representing someone accused of a crime, an employee who has been wrongfully treated, or an individual injured because of another's negligence, he approaches every matter with the same philosophy: every person deserves to be heard, respected, and represented by an attorney who is fully invested in their case.
As the founder of a boutique litigation practice, Mr. Gill intentionally limits his focus to criminal defense, employment law, and personal injury.
